Causes for this may be AV software scanning incoming/outgoing mail, anti-spam software, synch software for use with a handheld, FAX software, incompatible COMs or Add Ins, among other things but these are the most common reasons. Usually the problem can be tracked to software that integrates with Outlook.

Just received a SPAM from some flake selling antispam software called Spam Remedy. I currently use Mailwasher, and because I sent a 'donation' while it was still free I now have the pay edition. Like it, but... Perhaps there are freeware offerings that would have despammed the antispam spam Spam Remedy.

I ask because I will probably incorporate other anti-spam software along with TB and want to know what I might end up duplicating or conflicting in functionality. Know of a good tutorial on the junk filtering in TB? I don't need instructions on setup or how to manipulate the few config options.
